Our mission is to galvanize the Greek-American community, from its most accomplished business leaders to its brightest and most passionate young voices, to help fight climate change and tackle environmental issues in Greece—and for the benefit of all humanity.
Greece is situated in the Mediterranean "climate hotspot," and is experiencing the impacts of climate change faster and more acutely than the rest of the world. Surface and ocean temperatures in the region are rising twice as fast as the global average. The result: intensifying wildfires, prolonged heat waves, an alarming freshwater crisis, and mounting pressure on prized agricultural products like olives, olive oil, and mastiha.
